As Associate Producer at Dagger, a social-first creative agency for Aflac and other Fortune 500 brands, I optimized workflows and processes for cross-functional creative teams. From casting, client calls, crew bookings, location scouting, and budgeting, I organized video productions for broadcast and social. My time also consisted of post-production from video editing to motion graphics.
While at Dagger, I was also a part of a media success story called Butter.ATL. I served as a founding member and video lead at the new in-house media company which we grew from 0 - 80,000 followers organically on Instagram before getting acquired by Majority Agency - owned by Shaquille O'Neal.

Butter.ATL came to life as a ‘practice what we preach’ approach to digital media for brands.
In today’s world, brands should be publishing on social like a media company. Bringing value and entertainment to their audience.
As one of the founding members of Butter.ATL, I led the video production their original series, Atlannapedia. The series featured local Atlanta influencers running through the city's slang and historical moments that resonate with Butter's predominantly young audience.
Since 2018, Butter has produced thousands of pieces of content and organically grown its following by over 127,000. The media company was acquired by Majority Agency - owned by Shaquille O’Neal in 2022.
